Both drivers have now been removed from the cars.

It can be seen that the airbag in the Renault deployed. In order to extract the driver the central pillar between the doors of the Renault has been cut away.

The Peugeot has severe windscreen damage, though whether this was caused by an airbag deploying is uncertain.
