Crossing the road to the Village Green is a nightmare. When the B1153 is busy with traffic going south, to Narborough, it is impossible to hear if there are vehicles coming north. If you could see down the road few vehicles indicate their intention to turn left. Only local traffic has reason to make this turn and familiarity appears to breed a disregard for an unexpected pedestrian.
